Terms of sale

What you are buying. Digital goods: research worksheets (PDF and Word files) sold through Etsy and Gumroad, and the Clean & Convert service, a one-time processing of a GEDCOM file you upload, sold on this site through Stripe Checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Delivery. Worksheets download immediately after purchase from the storefront where you bought them. Clean & Convert delivers a ZIP (cleaned .ged plus change log) on the page shown after payment; the file is deleted from our memory as soon as it is downloaded or after 60 minutes, so save it promptly. If delivery fails, contact us and we will refund in full.

Licence. Worksheets are licensed for the purchaser’s personal research use and may not be resold or redistributed. Your GEDCOM file remains yours; we claim no rights in it and keep no copy.

Refunds. Full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. See Refunds.
