Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Reply to your receipt email and say "refund"; you do not need to explain. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and normally appear within 5–10 business days.

If the cleaned file could not be delivered (for example the upload expired before you finished checkout), tell us and we will refund immediately.
